Andy Mallows

Andy oversees the day-to-day operations at Mallows Bottling, ensuring the business meets its key performance indicators and aligns with its long-term strategic goals. With over 30 years of experience in the alcohol sector, Andy has worked with some of the industry’s most renowned brands, including Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Bacardi and Budweiser. His extensive background and strategic insight drive the continued growth and success of Mallows Bottling, providing clients with a reliable, high-quality service that stands out in the competitive beverage market.

Ray Owen

Head of Operations

Ray Owen brings over 30 years of experience in bottling to lead our entire production facility. Having previously managed operations at Highland Spring, Ray combines extensive industry expertise with a meticulous approach to planning and overseeing bottling runs. He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of production, from scheduling to execution, ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and efficiency. Ray’s wealth of knowledge and commitment to operational excellence are essential to delivering a smooth, reliable service that consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Financial Controller

Production Manager

Tony oversees the day-to-day operations across our five bottling lines, coordinating schedules, managing resources, and troubleshooting to maintain seamless production. Liquid Innovation & Process Manager

Jordan partners with clients to bring their beverage concepts to life, guiding them from initial recipe development to the first bottling and beyond. With a hands-on approach, Jordan works closely with clients throughout the journey, ensuring each product meets their vision. He also manages the recipe’s scale-up over time, adapting production to maintain quality and consistency as demand grows.
