Our Contract Bottling capabilities

We are a BRCGS A* rated organisation at Mallows Bottling. Our contract bottling services are tailored to provide flexible, high-capacity solutions across a diverse range of products. Currently producing over 500 SKUs across five specialised bottling lines, we have the capacity to accommodate varying production needs, from small-scale runs to high-volume output, reaching up to 42,500 bottles per hour. Each line is designed for specific products and packaging requirements, ensuring we meet your exact specifications efficiently and accurately.

• Line 1: Spirits – Capable of producing bottles from 20cl to 1.5L for all types of alcoholic spirits.
• Line 2: RTD Spirits & Carbonated Beverages – Bottling Ready-To-Drink spirits and carbonated drinks from 20cl to 50cl in glass or PET.
• Line 3: Soft drinks  – A line Ideal for non-carbonated drinks, producing bottles from 500ml to 1.5L in PET.
• Line 4: Miniatures & Flexible Production – Designed for smaller bottles from 5cl to 70cl, perfect for miniatures and custom bottling needs.
• Line 5: Large Volume Soft drinks – Manufacturing up to 5L, ideal for fruit squashes or cordials.

Bulk Liquid Handling

At Mallows Bottling, our state-of-the-art tank farm and offloading facilities ensure seamless handling of bulk liquids. With two 26,000-litre storage tanks and three 6,000-litre blending tanks, we offer exceptional capacity and flexibility for storing and preparing liquids. Our advanced offloading capabilities allow us to receive tankers of up to 26,000 litres, accommodating a variety of products with ease. Whether you need secure storage or efficient unloading, our facilities are designed to meet your needs.
